Lots of people love Twilight - it's a sort of vampire/werewolf film that people love to rag on as much as they love to love it. In it the main character Edward Cullen (played by handsome devil Robert Pattinson) is some sort of zombie and he wants to eat all the other children zombies that are in the film. Of course that's all nonsense... but that's the point! These are all trailers and clips from other people's Twilight parodies that they've spoofed and uploaded to popular video sharing site YouTube.
