Nickleback, but probably spelling their own band name properly
This is a spoof video of the classic Nickleback song (no, not the Spiderman one - that's somewhere else rotting in a cupboard full of shark fins, I think) that played on the radio for... oooh, about 18 months solid. In fact, if I remember rightly, there was actually a Nickleback radio station that was formed purely to play this song in perpetual loop. I don't know if it still exists. I hope so! God loves internet radio, and Nickelback is the Jesus of the rock world. This is purely my opinion, of course, but funny rock songs and videos should exist forever.
Anyway, Rock Star was a great song - it talked about what life would be like if you were a rockin' rock star, and how many cool and fun rooms you'd have to lounge about in. I mean - how funny is that? If I recall, it even suggested you could make some great cross-over rooms, like a bathroom where you could shoot hoops, and a basement where you could play video games, shout at your mum through the ceiling, and pretend you're an adult while playing online with other children. Wow - rock stars have awesome lives.
If you're into funny videos, remember that The Spoo is one of those places where you can come to and go "Hey, you know, this was much funnier on that other web site that didn't just plug other people's content." And I'd be all, like: "Yeah, but, you know, like, that's totally, like, your opinion."
